Once activated, the arms begin assembling whatever doodad or potion you program into them. The arms can learn any alchemical process simply by watching, but they cannot improvise new ones. See stats below.

This cumbersome footwear allows the user to glide through the water with ease. While in the water, the wearer has a swim speed of 60 ft.. On land, the wearer is forced to crawl unless they make a DC 15 Acrobatics check every round while attempting to move. A failure causes the wearer to fall prone. Taking the boots on or off requires at least 5 minutes.
